HR & Admin

We are currently looking for a HR Administrator for our office in Chengdu. TMO Group is operating for 10 years in the China eCommerce market and is expanding its offices in China from Shanghai to Chengdu. The HR Admin will report to our HR & Admin manager in Shanghai and will closely coordinate together on HR & Administrative procedures.

HR Team Support

  • Post job vacancies on different recruitment websites, search and screen CVs, arrange interviews, collect reference check results
  • Maintain the internal recruitment system
  • Support new staff onboarding and exit process
  • Support C&B HR paper work and basic data report, (AL, OT, talent pool update)
  • Deal with staff work attendance, such as daily registration, monthly collection, etc.

Admin Responsibility

  • Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
  • Receive and coordinate distribution of parcels, mail, fax, etc.
  • In charge of the management of telephones, Fax, Printers, office waters and cleanness, etc.
  • Responsible for arranging stationeries
  • Give approval to the basic admin purchase

Requirements

  • College degree or above
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • Professional secretarial skills and communication manner
  • Good command of computer skills, an advanced user of MS Office.

  • Flexible, adaptable, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and service-oriented, cheerful personality(warm, patient, positive, etc.)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin
