As a consulting advisor, you will play a key role in the team

  • You will act as an ambassador for TMO Group, representing the company to promote the brand to clients.
  • Your work and actions will have a direct strategic impact on the company's performance.

What will you do? (Sales-focused role)

  • Lead pre-sales work for strategic and consulting projects from start to finish.
  • Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects for multiple clients using TMO's strategic pillars, including BI, infrastructure integration, marketing automation, WeChat consultations, and activation.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide solutions independently.
  • Act as a client manager and maintain client relationships.
  • Advise clients on engagement, personalization, and conversion strategies using the social CRM tools TMO uses.
  • Assist in handling potential client leads for TMO daily, which may come from social media platforms like LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, WeChat, Zhihu, etc.
  • Help clients develop digital recommendations, define business objectives, evaluate customer needs, establish user roles, map user journeys, and provide strategic and actionable advice through competitive analysis.
  • Assist in developing customer service products by researching, analyzing, and learning about the latest software and tools relevant to our business in the Chinese market.
  • Assist in the company's growth by creating and executing strategic plans to acquire different potential customers within the customer service team.
  • Contribute to the development of client strategies and experiences through WeChat for the enterprise.
  • Stay up-to-date on, explore, and evaluate trends in the digital field.
  • Enhance materials for client presentations.
  • Write industry analysis articles (business articles).
  • Other ad-hoc analysis requested by management.

What do we need?

  • Native Chinese speaker with good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Background in digital, technology, computer science, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with market social CRM tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Chinese B2B e-commerce (technology), with a preference for experience in the health products industry.
  • 3 years or more of experience in technology and digital industries is preferred.
  • Proactive with a positive attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Analytical thinker with a systematic approach, able to see the "big picture" and delve into details.
  • Proficient in using office software, especially Keynote and MS Excel, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.
