TMO is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team

• You should have a passion for branding, products and visual communication.
• You bring ideas to life through eye-opening visuals and motion designs.
• You are a self-motivated ideas person with a strong portfolio of work of web and mobile executions, interface and graphic design, typography and iconography.
• And you don’t stop at Sketch, you will contribute beyond functional and aesthetic design, from managing documentation to liaising with development teams.

The role

• Provide world-class user interface design, from proposal to concept design to start-up implementation guidance.
• Design for a variety of different platforms, including mobile phones, tablets and web browsers.
• Product design to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards, processes, wireframes and prototypes.
• Implement a user research program and distill those learnings into actionable insights.
• Instruct usability testing of prototypes, and quickly collect and interpret feedback for rapid product design iterations.
• Practice developing and formulating UI design standards according to technical requirements, marketing requirements and industry characteristics.
• Write and manage ongoing product documentation.
• Generate, organize and track asset sets and systematize using automated workflows.
• Generate and organize the design, and show it to the client in English.
• Become an expert with a solid understanding of all the details and exceptions in terms of product functionality.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

• 3-5 years experience as a UX/UI or mobile UX/UI designer.
• 3-5 years of experience working directly with web (front-end, HTML/CSS) or mobile developers.
• Good at Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop and other tools in the design field.
• Experience in generating IA deliverables such as use cases, user flows and wireframes.
• Understand and be able to skillfully use the design method based on Atom Design theory.
• Understand and be able to use the design system to maintain the project/product according to the design criteria and project criteria. Also be able to build a design system for new projects/products.
• Be sensitive to user experience and process.
• Understand the User-Centered Design Approach.
• Ability to understand usability, heuristically evaluate and suggest improvements to the design.
• Good communication skills and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Pay attention and continue to analyze and study design trends.
• Complete the process with deadlines as the guide, and have strong self-time management skills.

• Strong analytical skills, able to evaluate complex technical, business and user needs and create practical solutions.
