Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for website operation and promotion of customer English projects;
• English verification and editing of product information, platform upload, etc;
• Maintenance, configuration, and modification of software systems;
• Participate in writing project manuals, operation manuals, etc;
• Responsible for communicating with customers and recording, tracking, and providing feedback on issues;
• Provide customer training and solve problems that arise during implementation and customer application processes;
• Other tasks assigned by the project manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, strong written English skills, and able to communicate effectively in spoken English
• 1-2 years of work experience, and fresh graduates who are proficient in English and can be trained are also eligible;
• Priority will be given to overseas study experience or experience in cross-border e-commerce platforms;
• Priority given to those with experience in cross-border e-commerce operations
• Clear logic, agile thinking, good communication and coordination skills, team collaboration ability, and strong service awareness;
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
• Possess presentation skills.
