Minimum Requirement

TMO is recruiting a Digital marketing manager to join our team.The successful Digital marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing a digital marketing strategic plan in China that builds awareness and growth of B2B customers, by leading and supporting a diverse range of traffic-driving, demand generation and customer engagement initiatives, including rich product content, social media, email, video etc. in coordination with the Technical and Business team. We value creative problem solving, out of the box thinking and initiative.

Key Activities

The Digital Marketing Manager for China is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategies. They have a high-technical aptitude, an understanding of demand marketing and are interested in building and operating infrastructure for leads, reporting and analytics.

  • You will be responsible for growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content (including offers).
  • You will optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
  • You will establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • You will establish, maintain, and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., analyzing landing page and email best practices.
  • You will coordinate and track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research.
  • You will analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets.
  • You will track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance.
  • You will coordinate marketing integration actions for mergers and acquisitions.
  • You may manage the delivery of Digital Marketing, especially Performance Marketing related client projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing or computer science, familiar with the cloud computing industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a digital marketing role.
  • Understand the principles of search engine optimization, Baidu and Google, and other search engine ranking mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience of Marketing Automation.
  • Experience working within a SaaS company a plus.
  • Experience working with WordPress.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience running detailed campaign reporting.
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS.
